7.0/10

I stayed at the Sheraton Hotel Minneapolis Midtown for four nights, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The cleanliness of the room and the comfort of the beds made it easy to rest after my long days. However, the outdated decor and the less-friendly reception staff were noticeable drawbacks during my visit.

Rooms
8.0
The room was clean and spacious, featuring a large desk by the window, which was perfect for completing work during my stay.
Service
6.0
While most of the staff were accommodating, I encountered a receptionist who lacked warmth during check-in. On the bright side, the gentleman in the bar area was very pleasant and went out of his way to help.
Location
6.0
The hotel is conveniently located near the hospital, which was essential for my visit, even though I felt a bit concerned about the neighborhood's overall safety, especially during the evenings.
Dining
7.0
I had some of the best onion rings I've ever tasted at the in-house restaurant. However, the menu options were somewhat limited and a bit pricey for what they offered.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel has decent common amenities and was comfortable enough, but I felt that it could use some renovation to match modern standards.

6.2/10

During my stay at Sheraton Hotel Minneapolis Midtown, I noticed some ups and downs. The location is super convenient, especially if you need to visit the nearby hospital. But, honestly, the hotel is in dire need of an update; the decor feels dated and some areas could use a refresh. I also encountered a bit of an attitude from the front desk, which could've made the check-in process way better.

Rooms
5.0
My room was clean but definitely showed its age. The lighting was dim, making it kind of hard to see what I was doing, and it had no safe or fridge, which I'd really expect these days. The decor seemed pretty tired too, and the dark furniture didn't do it any favors.
Service
6.0
While I wasn't impressed with the front desk, I did have a much better experience with some staff members elsewhere, like the guy in the bar who was really nice. It's like a hit or miss, honestly.
Location
6.0
The hotel is in a somewhat sketchy neighborhood, but it's super close to Abbott Hospital, which is why I chose it. That convenience was key for my trip.
Dining
5.0
The dining options on-site were pretty limited and pricey, especially because the main restaurant was closed. I had to make do with what was available nearby at the Midtown Global Market, which wasn’t too bad though.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel had decent common amenities like parking and a gym, which I appreciated. However, I could’ve used a little more variety and better maintenance overall.

7.2/10

I stayed at the Sheraton Hotel Minneapolis Midtown for about two and a half weeks while my mom was at Abbott Northwestern Hospital. The location was fantastic for that purpose, especially with the shuttle service making trips back and forth super easy. The staff were always friendly and helpful, but the rooms felt a bit outdated and could definitely use some upgrades.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were average for what I paid. They were comfortable enough, but definitely needed updates in terms of decor and lighting. I had issues with the dim lighting in the room, which wasn’t great for getting ready.
Service
8.0
The staff were generally pretty polite and helped me out a lot during my stay. Even when there were some hiccups with the shuttle service being a bit late, they did their best to assist us. No major complaints here!
Location
7.0
The hotel was in a great spot, about a 10-minute drive to plenty of local restaurants and attractions, plus it was right next to the hospital, which was super convenient. I gotta admit, the area felt a little sketchy at first, but I never felt unsafe once I was inside the hotel.
Dining
6.0
Dining options in the hotel were okay, with a continental breakfast that was average for hotel standards. I enjoyed getting a fresh latte on the club level, but some menu items at the restaurant felt too pricey for what they were.
Facilities
7.0
Facilities included basic amenities, but there was nothing overly fancy. The hotel was well maintained, and I was happy to see the shuttle service offered as it made moving around easier during my stay.

5.2/10

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Hotel Minneapolis Midtown, and it was quite the experience. The staff, particularly Julie at the front desk, was very friendly and helpful, providing me a menu for a local restaurant to order dinner after my late check-in. I loved the fresh-made latte on the club level during breakfast, but the hotel itself felt dated and in need of some renovations, especially in communal areas. Overall, the comfortable beds and good service made my stay enjoyable despite a few drawbacks.

Rooms
6.0
My room was clean and spacious, though it felt a bit dated in decor. The shower was decent, but the overall appearance of the room indicated it could use an update.
Service
10.0
The staff was exceptionally personable and helpful throughout my stay. Julie really enhanced my experience with her warm hospitality, especially when I needed late-night dining options.
Location
6.0
The hotel is located outside downtown, which provided some challenges in terms of food options and safety in the area, yet it was conveniently close to my conference venue.
Dining
7.0
The breakfast offerings were average, but I enjoyed the fresh-made latte on the club level, which was a nice touch during my morning routine.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel had the essentials, but it clearly needs some renovations. The public areas could be spruced up to match the friendly service I experienced.

5.4/10

My stay at the Sheraton Hotel Minneapolis Midtown was pretty average. The room was a decent size, which I appreciated for working, and the staff were generally pleasant. However, the musty odor in the lobby was off-putting, and I didn't find anything that really stood out during my time there.

Rooms
6.0
I found my room to be a good size, but it could definitely use some redecorating. The shower worked well, although I missed having a bath.
Service
5.0
The staff I interacted with were friendly, but I did have one frustrating experience with a phone call about my check-in time. It felt like there was a lack of empathy.
Location
5.0
The hotel's location didn't meet my expectations, as I had to walk quite a distance for better dining options. It’s not the most vibrant area.
Dining
5.0
The continental breakfast was pretty basic and didn't offer much variety. I would have liked more options to choose from.
Facilities
6.0
There were plenty of parking spaces, which was convenient. However, I noticed a few common areas could use some sprucing up.
